quote Soledad: "I know a guy who pulled in a toboggan with a hot tent/stove 5 or 6 years ago. I am 90% sure he went in EP16 through Nina Moose River/lake, Agnes and into Boulder Bay. It was a solo trip.
That option came up in our winter trip planning a couple weeks ago, but we decided that the rivers would be too risky this year."
How far East do the Canadians run their snow machines. Are their quite a few folks on the Canadian side.

If anything ne has any info on this route I would be all ears. I Take 8 day trips in the winter and I'm always interested in lengthy trips where a majority of travel is over ice.

I hope the conditions improve for you so you are able to make the Trip. My trips are already planned out for this year and next year but this route definitely intrigues me.

Hey Geoff, I am expecting a very detailed trip report with photos, deep thoughts, and a lot of personal reflection.

If you don't mind me asking I'm curious to know what route you will be taking. How long do you anticipate it to take?

The easiest, flattest and likely the fastest route would from East Bay of Crane Lake - L. Vermilion - Lilac - Trout - LLC. It's all snowmobile trail that doesn't get used near as much as it used to before they put the road into the F.N. Village on LLC. Most other routes would include a lot of river travel where you may have unsafe ice.

Has anyone ever skied and pulled a pulk into Lac Lacroix? I'm just wondering what would be the best route.
