For those with Amazon Prime, there is a documentary available now called Into the Cold. Free streaming with Amazon Prime. It's about a 2009 North Pole expedition on foot/skis. There are some shots of what I believe are the BWCA and training in the middle of the film. It shows some gear and techniques that they used, which was interesting.
I didn't think the moviemaking was great, but it was somewhat interesting to watch nonetheless.
