Just finished reading it. Good book about going up the Gunflint (before the bwca was established). Sounds like a lot less people used the area then.

this is a nice read... you can feel how and why he gets attached to the gunflint trail.

50 pages into it and liking it, About growing up in the 50s ,etc.Written by Robert Olson about the north shore and the Gunflint trail with a Model A.
