Just finished "Canoe Trip".Nicely written ..just a regular Joe doing a trip.

Read "North To Athabasca" as well. Also, a interesting book by the same author. Story about a trip he and another friend took in 2002 to a remote river in N Saskatchewan. So remote and unrecorded that only one other party in 1991 had descended it.
I've known about the "Maine" book, but haven't read it.

I just finish Canoe Trip by David Curran. It is trip reports of solo canoe trips in Main Wilderness. I liked it.
