quote h20: "Is book three out? Is it Game Changer??"

Hi, Marty. Fugitives is the one that's been made into an Audiobook, with Rebellion coming next around May of this year. I have a few free download codes for Fugitives if you think you might listen someday.

I'll probably do an audiobook with Game Changer someday, but no timetable on that yet. Hopefully later this year.

The end to the Northwoods trilogy is off to the publisher. Hopefully Return to Northwoods will be out in paperback and ebook in about 2-3 months.

It's been an exciting year for me so far. Hope it's going well for you guys.

my wife looks for books on CD and books on cassette (Goodwill etc) which we play in our car on looooong trips. We have played "Undaunted Courage" a ton of times. Charles Kuralt and others are out there. If you are familiar with Audacity you can convert these things into MP3 files and play them that way in the car. Really make the time go when driving through Montana etc.

Are any of you guys into audiobooks? I just spent the last couple months having my first book (set in the BWCA), Fugitives from Northwoods, made into an audiobook. It was a truly amazing process, listening and approving it in little 10 minutes pieces, chapter by chapter.

A few people have asked why I didn't narrate it myself. As soon as I heard the first minute of the narration, that gave me the reason why. These voice pros are true actors. My guy, Eddie Frierson, is the national voice of the PETCO petstore chain. And he's done a ton of voiceover work in Hollywood, and dozens of other audiobooks. I'm amazed with his abilities, and my good fortune in hooking up with him.

It's an 8 hour narration, so perfect for long drives or daily commutes to work. Or just around the house, maybe out in the workshop.

If you're interested in listening and willing to leave a quick review, I can give you a code for a free download from the Audible site. Just shoot me a message. There's a five minute sample on Audible, here:

It's also available on Amazon and iTunes.

Thanks!
