Has anything changed with the new permit system or can you still add more people when you go pick up your permit?

I only put myself down when I got my permit online. Wasn't going to hassle with other group member's emails etc. I will change it when I get the permit at VNO. Prob just do it like that from now on.

Next permit I get I will only put one person on the permit, and then adjust when we pick up permit. Too much bs with the permit system, emails of alternate trip leaders and such.

It reads like you need to book a minimum of two adults.
