Quetico Camp reflection. Beauty of a camp mid lake that had not been used all season. Caught Walleye right out front and listened to frogs all night. Was only rated 3* on whatever map we had but I gotta give it more than that.

Campsite #43 on Lower Pauness - good view to the west for sunsets if not overcast. sits about 6' over the water and has many nice mature pines and aspen in camp. Also; this site has one of the 4 trees in the BWCA with a limb over 14' off the ground that extends more than 5 feet from the trunk! (Even though bears are excellent climbers)

Sunset on Pine Lake, far Eastern side of the BWCA. Paddled through a short rain storm and a bit further than we had planned due to sites being taken, but this site on Pine turned out to be a great one. Spectacular sunset that night with the steam hovering above the water.
