Sounds like fun! Hopefully it is a light rain on the way in and stops long enough for you to set camp up.

Headed into the BWCA tomorrow w/ the 1st 36hrs looking like rain and high winds out of the East 1st then S-SW.
3 hammock hangers, 2 tents and 1 ground dweller.

Been going this time of year for 25yrs, always count on at least one day of rainy. Usually on the way in or the way out.

Still... I'd rather be hunkered down in the rain there rather than here at work !

I'll be hammocking bringing my UGW Winter Dream 12 w/ Internal Poles -- It's never let me down in the rain and provides a cavernous amount of space when the weather's crappy.
A Dutch Chameleon hammock, 30 deg Incubator UQ and 40 deg Burrow TQ. Should be some nice sleeping...

Cheers!

Would you post a pic of your hammock? It's cool to see other set ups. Have a great trip. Nice front will come in after this soaker.

It’ll be a wet chilly start, but when the sun appears it’ll be a welcomed warmth. It’s been cool and rainy for a bit now, so as the temps try to hit 80 next week we’ll be adjusting all over again to it.
