Some kinds of HTML are ok, such as hyperlinks. HTML can also be used to embed images, YouTube links, etc. You can also control the formatting, font size, and other aspects which I believe is what is part of the not allowed subset of html tags. |

What does this mean? Who is editing out this content? Should I be editing my HTML content? Have you all been replaced by body snatching aliens with HTML intolerances? As I said, I don't really need to know... |

Savage Voyageur: "I know Adam did some site maintenance and this might be one of then. " These seem to have surfaced since the forum updates. Don't recall seeing them prior to this. |

A quote usually results in the message being removed. I can't make a quote in my message or it gets removed. Adam can explain why he has it removed. Probably a security thing. |

In my example here, the above message pops up because I put some random words inside of the 'less than' and 'greater than' characters that are usually reserved for starting and ending quoted pieces of a previous post. In past experience, it sometimes shows up if I quote someone's previous message, try to trim it down to the pertinent info, and mess up with the HTML parts that surround the quoted text. |
