I go both in the states and in Canada a lot and find the Canadian parks a lot dirtier. I’ll never forget the time I was standing by the fire pit in Algonquin and looking down to find a used condom on the ground. They have an entire force of workers constantly cleaning camps and fire pits out.

Not surprising, I guess. Maybe cold weather will temper some ... hope.

I was thinking also sad for the Canadians. Stress and pressures to get away from current situations of daily life in part, unprepared and inexperienced people, and some just plain slobs, I believe.
