Hopefully more people will try clarified butter instead of: Ingredients for Parkay liquid soybean oil. partially hydrogenated soybean oil. water. whey. salt. potatoes. vegetable mono- and di- glycerides. soy lecithin.

Oh man, if I find that stuff I'm freezing 20 bottles, or maybe 40 and turning a steep profit.

The pure fat is what remains when you have completed clarifying. I agree that clarified butter is probably the ideal fat for camping. Shelf stable, solid in all but the warmest temperatures, high smoke point and delicious.
