I am assuming you have a newer IPhone? I will soon be replacing my iPhone 5 and will welcome longer battery life."

If you like your iPhone 5 but just want longer battery life, consider just buying a new battery. I have an iPhone SE (iPhone 5 body with 7 guts) and I love the size of the phone. I bought a new battery off amazon a couple years ago, replaced it myself, and my battery life has greatly improved. Just an idea."

Thanks for the tip. I have always liked the size of the 5 and am not sure the new iPhone 12 Mini is worth the cost to me.

I have a IPhone 12 Pro Max and the battery will easily go that long especially if you turn it off at night . I’m not sure what phone you have but anything 9 or higher should do this.

I routinely bring my iPhone for four days. If you switch it to airplane mode you should be fine. I do bring a small portable supply since I also use my phone to track our travels by GPS. Even doing that all day, I get two days while on airplane mode and actively using the GPS.

I also bring my iPhone for pictures. I put it on airplane mode and turn it off at night. It should last 4-5 days. I usually out for two weeks so I bring an extra charger for it.

Newer than the 5, yes. I’m on an iPhone 8 that is about 2 years old. Your mileage will certainly vary based on battery life. Also, keep it warm if the air temp drops. For example, on cool fall nights I keep my phone in my sleeping bag with me.
