I was just up in the BW's this past weekend along the Granite River and on Sag. Prior to the trip, I was thinking of downloading some of the contour maps that were previously available on the MN Lake Finder page. Does anybody know where they went? Would the MN DNR take them down for some reason?

Mackenzie also has contour details. I use both the Voyageur and Mackenzie maps when I'm out and about on the water.

I don't think there is one for Sag.....anywhere. And the rest of your route isn't real contour map friendly except for a lake here or there. Voyageur maps (bought from this site's store) have quite a few lake contours printed on them.

The contour maps that the Lakefinder has are still there, but there's nothing for that entire route except Magnetic. See attached -- you can see there are contours on Loon, Magnetic, and Gabi, but not really anything else in that area.

Navionics has a lot more, but I wouldn't count on the accuracy. Lots of places are off by as much as 20-30 feet in my experience.

The Voyageur map does not have bathymetric contours for Sag.

Much appreciated everyone. Looks like if I find a similar situation elsewhere, I'll be digging into some voyaguer maps!
