The lake that this lake is connected to (by water) has a portage named after it.....the loon picture is looking in the direction of the eastern portage out of lake 125.....

Leaving this lake to the east, you will cross four monumental portages to reach a really sharp lake with grand slam potential....

I have a canoeing trip coming up this weekend and I thought I'd just have to post the name up and go!
Carp is the lake.
I camped at the one site on Carp with my family and we fished the Canadian side (with a permit from PP) for a day. Caught a monstrous pike on that lake.
Anyway, Saberboys is the winner of lake 125!
