Hi friends. I scored this beat up '99 Souris River canoe on craigslist for $100. I am in the process of patching and refinishing but I am stuck on getting replacement aluminum gunwales. Shipping from the Minnesota-based Northwest Canoes to Colorado is $500! I am hoping someone out there is driving back from a BWCA trip to Colorado with a boat on their roof and wouldn't mind strapping them alongside for cash, prizes and beer.
