Curiosity got the best of me, just looked at the site and in July there are a few Mudro and Mudro restricted that have become available.

As of 628 pm AZ time not one permit available on recreation .gov
All entry points show 0 permits from may 1st to last day of sept.
Did the system have a super crash.
