just go back into recreation.gov and view your reservations and then make the necessary changes.

I got a couple of permits today and an odd thing happened. For the first, I was able to select my preferred outfitter. On the second, that same outfitter was not listed to select. I had to pick an alternate, but am not pleased as said outfitter doesn't open till 9 and we like to have the canoes packed and loaded by 6:30.
Is it possible to change the outfitter at a later time?

Yes, you have to call the forest service now and they can make the change. You used to be able to change it yourself but for some reason they stopped allowing that.
