Looking North. You'll get muddy boots on the way to this lake; portage maintenance absence is obvious

Facing W. While this lake could be pretty much anywhere, it is in the BWCA. Zero campsites.

I had thrown in some PMA phrases...and a couple clues to which PMA as well.
Sundial PMA.
Zone 1.
Morchella, it is indeed Sinneeg Lake!
Your turn...

A positive mental attitude and perseverance might allow you to get here, but it’s real work. Cerberus & I enjoyed a relaxed day on this lake, alone, telling time by the sun and fishing, not caring about the outside world.
Cerberus:
These two photos are from where we camped, both facing west with pretty much amazing but very different feels based on time of day

Good clues, SNS, that was a fun round!
Question out of curiosity: How did you reach Sinneeg? From which lake did you leave? Did you go out the same way?
Good lookin' dog, too!

Good lookin' dog, too!" I too, am curios. I was on Sinneeg with Bill Rom last Spring. I did not think it was in a PMA.
