I really don't know where this is, so I'll guess Polly.
Vivid photos! I'm intrigued by the water surface - is that pollen?

We didn't feel like pushing that far north on our entry day, and found campsite #1337 available and suitable. The water was remarkably high, and we found an illegal firepit further up into the site. We suspect it was because the water was even further up past the fire grate. Otherwise, nice site!"
Nice. Was Insula pretty busy? It’s one of my all- time favs in the Bdub.

Another one where I'm not 100% sure of the direction... I think it's ESE? We were traveling generally NE from our campsite when heading to the next lake.

Lawnchair107: "Insula?"
You got it, boss! Quite a nice lake once you get out of the burn. I bet I would have really liked it before it burned - this kind of realization has made me want to enjoy as many unburned areas as possible, before they possibly do burn.
This was going to be my next clue - think it may definitely have given it away.

Thanks! It's cotton, and lots and lots of it. It was persistent through to Adams where you pretty much couldn't make more than 2-3 casts before you had to start picking it off your line. Obviously it was rough for water filtration as well. It made for an extremely high-contrast day, tough on the eyes and camera, but quite striking. Still, it was a massive PITA, and I would prefer to avoid hitting the cotton bloom in the future. For reference, it was on June 5 2022 (last year), which is when my group usually goes in the spring, and we've had similar cotton once before but not nearly as bad, and it was only on Oyster, nowhere else around it that I can recall.

No one yet... here's one facing SE-ish.
-- To HighnDry below, sorry, I had started my post earlier (I wish post time was determined by when you click Submit, not when you start your reply) -- but it's not Malberg, so give it another guess :)

Didn't see a soul there, having entered on a Saturday. I think we _may_ have spotted one canoe on day 2 to the next lake. I need to get back there, but think I might make Alice my destination if I go back that way.
