This is not actually an contest entry. I didn't take the photo. It was taken of me standing by campfire on Kahshahpiwi L. in July 2009 by my dear departed husband, best friend, and forever favorite paddling partner, Darryl Bathel. It was a very cold, windy trip. Just got a cd yesterday from my brother-in-law containing photos from that and quite a few other Quetico trips we went on together that I'd lost when my PC died a year ago. During this current snowstorm, I was taking trip down memory lane of the best times of my life.
