Good loop. You'll know if you have time to hit Finger by the time you get up there. Fish stake narrows is a good area too. Lac la Croix pictos are some of the better ones. The closer to Agnes the earlier you should look for your campsite.

We did the same loop on my first trip, but went the opposite direction to take advantage of the winds at the time. That time of year you may well have winds out of the south east (tropical storms).

Our trip was 4 1/2 days - Monday entry, Friday noon exit. We traveled 2 long days and 2 half days. LLC 1st night, Lady Boot Bay 2nd, Pocket 3rd, Agnes 4th. We got to Agnes late and sites were full, so heed nctry's advice on that.

The LLC pictos are very nice.

I went to Finger on my second trip through Little Indian Sioux North and have fond memories of it. It's worth the side trip if you have time.

I really enjoyed the paddle from LLC down to Oyster.

Just booked my 1st solo. Going in Moose River (ep16) Sept 2. Planning to make a loop through Oyster to Gebeonequet to LLC to Agnes and in. Plan to makes some stops to fish along the way. I've been to Agnes and back, and I have been on LLC before. Is there anything I should be aware of on the Oyster/Gebeonequet side? I thought I might swing down to Finger as a side trip. Thoughts?
