It's a cool app on my android devices. A little hard to force it to another location - or I just don't know how - but of some value I think.

Good put in/take out points?
Camping spots?
It looks like maybe starting at Lexington and going west might be paddled with water underneath you most of the way??"

Rivers have had plenty of water all season. I know a couple places you can put in and out. The first is on route 251, just north of Hudson. The other is on county rd 2300E near Secor. There is a parking spot at both locations. I have only waded bits of these points. So I can not tell you how shallow the river can get further away from the entry points. As of this past Sunday, the river looked to be at a good level for paddling. They are getting some rain today but not enough to drive it way up, I don't think.

No idea on camping along the river. You can camp at Comlara county park. It is near by and also has Lake Evergreen ( almost 1,000 acres and a 10 hp lake).

The Mac river is on my list of places to paddle this year as well.
Good luck if you make it.

Did you check the launch sites app? They show a half dozen or so places to put in.

Most of the ground is private in that area, just be careful where you camp.
