I am an avid fly fisher of the boundary waters, mostly for smallies and northerns. I have never been into the Crab Lake area and wondering if others have fly fished this area and specifically if any of the lakes in that region would be good for an early june trip during the peak of the smallie spawn. Any input would be appreciated.
