Looks like the Minnesota model.....was the 8 degree a custom order?

It will most likely not be cheap, due to the size.

My wife has a small shaft Sawyer that has been her go-to for years. She's staying with that. As for me, I have enough paddles (Is that possible?)

Just returning to work after a 5 wk medical leave.

Pulling 14 hour days.

Just no time to deal with what needs to be done to ship.

FYI, It cost about 20.00 to ship a paddle from the L-48 to Alaska via US Postal Service
a couple years ago. Not a bad deal considering I saved about 100.00 by buying it on this forum. I'm guessing it will be a bit cheaper than that if shipping it in the contential US.
Good luck with your sale.

Curious why you can't ship?
I had a BWCA member ship a Sanborn paddle from the L-48 to me in Soldotna Alaska.
Things went fine with no damage to the paddle.
Shipped US Postal Service.

Have you considered sanding to reduce the diameter? I was leery about trying it, but has worked well for me (stubby fingers).
