Anyone have an Advantage that they are willing to part with? I also have a Prijon Seayak that I'm going to sell if anyone is interested.

Used Advantages are somewhat hard to come by. I had one for several years and sold it to buy a Bell Magic. After having the Magic for a couple years I longed for another Advantage. It took me 3 years to find the right one, but I finally found one and sold my Magic. Good luck in your search.

Thanks for the generous offer to give your Advantage a try Banksiana! Don't get up that way as often as I would like, but hoping to make a boundary waters trip happen with my wife before the freeze. Will get in touch if we end up near ELy. Think I'm going to pass on the DY Special Jim, but appreciate the email and offer!

Yup the Advantage is a great canoe. I owned 2 in the 80s and 90s. I got out of paddling for a while and sold all my canoes. After owning several solo canoes I'm back with my old friend another Advantage and I'm not looking back.

In case you weren't aware you can still buy a new Wenonah Advantage. Piragis usually has at least one in stock.

Thanks Blatz and Banksiana for the info! Called Dan tonight and he has an UL kevlar Advantage for 15% off. A bit out of my price range at the moment. Hoping to come across a used one. If anyone reads this and has an Advantage that I could demo for a moment that would be awesome. I live in the twin cities area. Advantage sounds like a great boat on paper, but haven't had a chance to try one yet.
