I'm going to be selling my 2006 Bell Magic. I was told by Ted Bell that it would have been in the last batch of canoes made at Bell Canoe Works before it was sold.
This boat is the White Gold layup which means that it is a bit heavier than the ultra light solos, but it is also a bit studier. It was listed as 42# but I have added foot braces and a sliding seat which adds a bit so I would guess that it is about 44#. I will be including a Bending Branches Espresso Bent Shaft paddle, a portage yoke with pads, and a back brace from Surf to Summit.
The canoe has been used a fair amount, but is in very good condition. There is one small repair that was made with direction from NorthStar, and one small abrasion on one of the gunwales. I'm asking $900. I live in River Falls and could meet anyplace in the TC Metro area if you are unable to travel here.
