This has been our go to tripping boat for years, but I'm either getting softer or wiser in middle age. Either way, I'm no longer keen on portaging this 75 pound behemoth (weight is a guess based on manufacturer specs).

Wicker seats are blown and need to be replaced/restrung. Hull has usual scrapes from use, and more pronounced wear along bow and stern. There's one section (see picture) where damage is more than skin deep and needs to be repaired.

This was our honeymoon canoe--we paddled it down the Attawipiskat to James Bay.

A classic boat that's no longer manufactured. At home on big lakes and rivers. Hard to say goodbye to the 'Ed-Venture' (named after Edward Abbey), but it's time.

$700. Located in Duluth.

Hi Jackfish,
Will find specs online. Cost and location are in the post, but I can edit so they show up more clearly.
Thanks.

Tomo... please edit your post to include some specs (length, etc.), the cost and where you're located. That will help others decide if they want to respond. Thanks.
