I am downsizing my life and that includes my collection of camping equipment, out of good judgement but also the insistence of my wife:)

This is a solo tent, the brand is Gander Mountain. I have tried to research it but have never been able to find anything about it on the web, don't even remember the name. It is an older tent but not used a whole lot. But when I did use it it performed amazingly well, a very comfortable and secure feeling. I don't know the weight but I think it is between 3-4 lbs. It has excellent headroom and is generally roomier than a lot of solo tents. With the fly on it is completely weather proof and although you can't see it from the photo, the head of the tent has a zipper which allows access to a decent sized vestibule for things you want nearby but not in the tent. The fly is full coverage and my experiences in a few storms is very weatherproof. It goes up very easily, can be set up in a few minutes. The nights I spent in this tent were very enjoyable but it was probably only used a total of 15 or so nights.

I have way too many tents including a nice 2 person tent I bring to the BWCA and for car camping I prefer a tent I can walk into rather than crawl into - getting old. The only downside to this tent is that it is not freestanding. Until you put all poles/stakes in it does not stand up, but for the most part it doesn't make a big difference as long as you know the spot you are pitching it is where you want it.

It is in very good shape, not used a lot as I mentioned. if you have any interest or questions shoot me an e mail. Sad to part with it because I loved camping in it but it's just not a part of my getting old future camping excursions.

Paid $150 years ago. If interested make an offer, like to get around $60 or so I guess. If not happy with it I will make it right.
