Speaking of wood work, I have no interest in the sale, but it looks like that one might need more than just teak oil? Photos look like it might need all new trim (rails, thwarts, drops, seats)? Even just as a bare hull, a black North Star is a great boat, very worthy of attention for someone willing to invest the time or $ to make it right. Good luck to all with the search and the sale. |

I would like to buy a Bell Northstar, Northstar Polaris or a Northwind 16 (with tumblehome). I am particularly interested in blacklite/carbon/non-kevlight layups for this canoe. Let me know if you have one for sale or that you would consider an offer on. I am located in Minnesota, but would be willing to make a trip in a couple of weeks for the right canoe. Thank you! |
