Not exactly featherweight or easy portaging, but...
Klepper Aerius II Expedition hull kayak. Bought for a pending Alaska trip that's not going to happen, so am making some room.

The hull skin is about 10-12 yrs old and in excellent health. No rot, no fading, no holes, no patches. A few small nicks in the keel strips as shown. These nicks are on the reinforcing strips that go OVER the main hull along the keel and longerons.

Expedition hull is a premium upgrade (with premium price too!). The elastic cord paddle holders have lost their "snap", and will need replacing with equal, or an improved design (velcro maybe?). A few extra stiches in the stern carry/lift handle would be in order as well.

The frame is older, but in fine shape. I bought from the original purchaser who bought the boat new in 1965. They vacationed around the US and Canada with it in their camper until age crept up. They ordered and installed the new hull around 2010 so their grandkids could use the boat at their cottage.

It was assembled when I bought it in the summer of 2020, I have not had it apart. Has hung inverted in my garage since then. Guidebooks and forums suggest leaving assembled if possible to avoid having to fight with the hull shrinkage if folded up long term.

Includes two Klepper paddles, and (if I can find them), three canvas storage bags. All three zippers work but the bags will need a bit of sewing to fix a couple simple tears.

Located NE Wi, my profile info is accurate. $2100 cash and carry.
