Prices in the Twin Cities in Spring/Summer are somewhere between $800 and $1000 if it doesn't have much in battle scars. Pristine condition might bring a little bit more. Royalex prices have been moving up slowly since they discontinued production, and Spirit IIs are generally fast sellers. It may take a little longer to sell depending on where you are located in Iowa.

For comparison, there is a Spirit II - Royalex listed on Craigslist in Ankeny, IA.
However, there is no picture, so it may not be in as good of shape as yours.
