I have been packing fishing lures for a big move tomorrow. If one in 100 is ever wet again, I'll be surprised. Most have never been wet. Many are in their original packaging.
Anyone remember kanoes homemade lure challange? Participants were going to make lures out of common household items. I don't know if the challenge ever came off but it was an interesting thought.

He's a hoot and a helluva fisherman. Did you see the video where he tried to flag down passersby to go fishing with him? So many kept driving. THE FOOLS!!!

The problem is we want the lure to work.......the reality is your average lure is only as good as your imagination......the hooks are only as sharp as your powers of observation.....and the line only as strong as your willingness to learn. Each lure is a University, each day is a laboratory.... and each experience is a catalog.

Yeah, he's a funny guy, isn't he? Helluva fisherman too. He really knows electronics. Ever seen his Miley Cyrus video?
Here's my plan: open a youtube channel. Garner 100,000 subscribers. Get one of those shiny youtube thingies. Drill and attach hooks. Catch big pike!
