This lure was the bomb several years ago when I spent 9 days on Basswood. I have also put it to good effect on Lake Erie walleye fishing. It has a very snaky action. Be advised that Pike find this plug especially appealing. I lost it at American point when a big fish took me around the boat and while I was trying not to get blown out into the lake (it was honking that day) the fish ended up cutting me off on my rudder. Disappointing as it was a dandy.

I also had nice smallmouth come from 55ft of water to blast the thing while I crossed a deep main lake basin on Basswood. Very attractive lure with a very different action than most other crank baits. I have several colors but keep going back to the sexy shad.......something about the bone color with a chartreuse stripe.

Again an expensive crank bait but very effective. Probably fishes to about 20ft on a troll, not real deep in spite of the big lip. And its not real heavy either and could be cast rather easily. Tight dive however..........could do nice work cranked slowly but I usually just troll it. Lucky Craft Pointer 125DD
