Still searching for discontinued double-jointed suspended rattlin red tiger rapula . not FIRE TIGER OR HOT TIGER . RED TIGER . I had best fishing day of my life still 7 yrs ago . my buddy let me use his lure after his catch and i caught my big fish ! actually caught 5 that day but was too excited to retie and #6 got his lure. one day i will replace it causetheres no way that i wudve did or been able to giv my lure i just caught a big fish with to a silly girl thats takes off round ing pond catch n then losses it!

One day, Rapala will make them again. In the fishing world, things are discontinued or retired for a few years and then brought back, usually with a different name, as a ‘new’ discovery. Don’t tell anyone. This is a closely guarded secret.

Create a search on eBay that e-mails you when one is listed. I have found other out of production fishing gear using this method.

Add the word "vintage" in front of the search keywords. It can bring up discontinued raps and other lures. Good luck! I'll keep an eye out for that lure as well.

Just get a similar one of another color and paint it the color you want. It’s not that hard to get it close.

I wouldn't put to much stock in the color. Time and place are the MOST important by far.
