out of curiosity , i looked up the netting survey's AH yes in 1984 they did net 2 LMB , but that does make sense , closer to the cities they use electro netting for targetting LMB because they do like to stick to cover for the most part. and i doubt if most go to crocodile and target LMB ,, except walllee ;)

on a lake like crocodile , 1 super simple set up (which you cant use in weedy lakes like the lake i live by) , a floating original rapala with some split shots 2'-3' up from the lure , troll and casting ;) it's simplicity at it's finest . but my fav would be some CD9's , great for casting and you control the depth. oh jig spinner too most underrated lure ever,

Lots of little ones on crocodile so downsize. It isn’t what it used to be but is still pretty good. It fishes more like a bog lake than the other lakes in the area. Keep it simple and small;) Good luck

Heading to Croc the last week of June. Was wondering if anyone had any tips/advice on what to use.

If you want crocodiles in June, head to Florida.

Only been there once a few years ago. Late May with leeches was like fish in a barrel.Maybe the bite was ON, but for 4-5 days, leeches sure did the trick. They hit crawlers too, but ran out in a couple days. A yellow roostertail did well for one of us too. Mostly just eater size, but abundant with few over 18-20". Go East if needed.

Yep on the leeches. Hope you get into some of the nice Largemouth that are scattered in crocodile. Pretty easy lake to find fish.
