Just got back from my first trip.
I caught my first bwca smallie using the Zulu rig near moving water at the inlet from Jack to Kelly. Thanks to QueticoMike and all the members of the forum that share information and tips.
My sons also caught smallies using leeches that we packed in.
My oldest caught his first Northern as well.
Fishing and fish dinner was the highlight of the trip for the kids.
