The jig thingy kind of makes some sense, but to me, it seems more like a solution looking for a problem. I keep all my jigs in a flat compartment box and it's always worked fine. I can pick out the size and color of jig easy enough. I see no value to the crankbait thingy when I can keep my crankbaits in my tackle box.

I agree that it appears to be a solution looking for a problem. I also thought it looks like an advanced pool noodle solution. I don't fish a lot of crankbaits from a canoe or kayak so I would not be swapping them out often enough to make me think it was a worthwhile product. Finally, I would not want to portage a canoe with all of those treble hooks flopping about.

My son tapes a section of pool noodle to each gunwale to protect his legs from bruising. The noodle is cut longer than needed and he uses this excess to temporarily store baits while fishing. You can find pool noodles at the dollar store, cheap but effective. The launch pad is a bit more elegant perhaps.

Stumbled across these the other day and they seem like a perfect solution for a canoe. Has anyone used these or something similar before?
