This is the same time frame we have fished Vermillion the last 4 years. We stay near Everetts Bay. We have always had good luck catching Walleye on slip bobbers and leeches or lindy rig with minnow or leech in 5 to 15 ft of water near rock structure particularly early morning or late evening. The entrance to Everetts Bay is good but way too overcrowded. I recommend using mapping and depth finder to find less crowded rock structure near shorelines and islands. There are some big walleyes to be had. Good luck!

Two places to look up and fish. Stove top reef, Boy Scout reef. Use spinners with minnows.

My buddies up north booked a trip here from June 6-13. This is the Lake Vermilion between cook and tower. None of us have ever fished this lake before. Any tips at all would be great. We are staying at the far west end. Thanx PS we will be going primarily after walleye
