Sucker minnows can be had at almost any live bait shop. Assuming shock freezes his own and doesn’t buy them that way. |

yes GG i freeze 5-6 per ziplock with some water then layer in a 6-pack with water freeze and so on , throw in ziplock of crappie/fatheads. and fits nicely under a canoe seat . not really any extra effort involved and we have good bait for a 5+days. the best thing about sucker minnow , is the skull , put a #2 eagle claw through it and will stay on for many extra cast and even after catching a fish too ;) i do this for every trip and you have some ice left over for that campfire cocktail :) FYI poor tap water makes porous ice and does not last as long |
