I like your spoons and agree w/ some of the other comments. You don't need that many inline spinners if hardly any (for trout)

I always bring WAY too much tackle. I am trying to be a little more appropriate this year. Take a look at some of the tackle I sorted out of my trout/salmon tackle that I think would work for lakers on my 5/23 entry to Knife/SAK. This does not include the stuff I'll be bringing for smallies/pike/walleye like crankbaits, suspending jerkbaits, soft plastics, original Rapalas, spinnerbaits, topwaters, etc. For reference, the jighead/swimbait is 3.5".
Is there anything I should add or leave out? Some bigger spoons maybe? Different colors?

 these are my best producing lures for around opener. Very thin spoons. I seem to get more strikes with a thin profile spoon than a Daredevle or "Krocodile"

Third that. Bring a variety of minnow shaped crankbaits that run from 10' to 20' with different actions. Some say tighter wobble for earlier in the year.

bigger spoons ;)
early spring the original floating rapala blk/gold 7" , a great trolling lure . it will get down about 10' large profile without having a big bend in your rod.
the white jig with paddle tail add a jig spinner to that, a deadly combination & very versatile.

I'd bring the little Cloe's, the Hammered spoon, Super Duper, Is that other spoon a kastmaster? Regardless, I'd bring that. I'd add some vibrax spinners, crocodile spoons, probably a few more colors of little cleo and leave the rest home.

I don't get to spend a lot of time fishing but Little Cleos in blue/silver and #7 Purple Taildancers seem to outperform whatever else I end up tying on for trout. I'd like to add a Swedish pimple for jigging and those three will be all I bring in the trout box.

Second that. A lot of the hard baits you'd use to catch walleye in the summer or early fall can out you into a similar depth range where lake trout can be in May.

I can recommend lake trout lures, but only for the period starting about a week after ice-out for the next two of three weeks, when the fish are shallow.
Does this timing match your trip? Not sure when the ice goes out? But I'm thinkin' yer a wee bit late for the best laker fishin'....

I was in opening week a few years ago and the bite was pretty slow (or we didn't have the right stuff/presentation) , but our most productive lures were a gold and orange 1/2oz Cleo (trolled) and a blaze orange reef runner that ran about 15'.
