Wonder how many small fish she ate a day?

"The DNR did not say if the fish had offered to grant three wishes in return for tossing it back into Mille Lacs."

What a fish! I appreciated the Editor's Note too!

Editor’s note (Oct. 31, 2022): An earlier version of this story described the fish as nearly 6 feet in length. It should have been 5 feet. The editor just blew it.

I love this: "I’d like to say thank you to all of the people who have caught that fish over the past 20-plus years, took care of her and put her back,” he said. “She is still out there for all of you to go try to catch again!"

Lake is loaded with 12 to 15 inch tullibees. So that Muskie ate very well!

That's awesome, look how fat it is as well as the length. Still have yet to land my first muskie, hooked 5 and lost all of them next to the boat, that being my Prism.

That is a big girl. Congrats to the guy that caught it. I wonder how many time she has been caught?
