Besides corn for carp or pannies, never have tried this. Anyone out there have good success with this on stocked trout lakes or should I stick with whole crawlers?

I know guys that float corn under a bobber on a couple of the local strocked rainbow lakes with success.
I've never tried it - I just use a chunk of crawler.

The Berkley powerbait power eggs work great. They come in a string of pearl configuration. Just pinch one off and put on a single hook. No mess and easy. Can use under a bobber or I usually use on the bottom with a sliding egg sinker.
