I tried looking a couple times. Then got busy fishing g.
Think I'm gonna concentrate on fishing pool 9 on the Mississippi.
Less drive . Not to crowded during the week.

I don’t blame you, been doing the same on pool 2 here in St. Paul. Weeknights are quiet, weekdays even more so. And the river is always full of surprises.
For what it’s worth I don’t think the permit was ever released back into the system. I think I have the alert set up through this site and never received a notification that a permit had become available.

Surrendering my overnight motor permit for Moose lake entry on Aug 25. These have been sold out since January, hope someone here can snatch it up.

Any luck? I have one more for late September that I may have to surrender as well. Holding out hope but not looking good with my work schedule.
