I am going fishing at or around Caribou Lake from Clearwater Lake EP 62??? i think? It is late July and early August and i have always fished late June. Where are some good fishings spots around Caribou Lake and what are some techniques? slip bobbers? leeches?

I don't recall how tough or long the portage is into Little Caribou but we had some great fishing for walleyes on that little pot hole of a lake a few years back. Fished it again last year and didn't have any luck at all except for a couple little pike and one line breaker. Might be worth checking out. If it's a windy day it's a great little lake to get of the wind.
