Getting ready for my trip in a couple weeks and going thru my gear...I went to grab my bottle of Permethrin from last year to treat my clothes and realized I left it under the back seat of my truck since that trip. My question: Will the Permethrin still work after being frozen in my truck all winter, or should I throw it away and get a new bottle?
Thanks

permethrin supposedly looses its effectiveness after being frozen.

Rather than throw it away, I'd recommend you use it around the house, but I wouldn't trust my trip to it.

Is this the pre mix ready to go stuff or concentrate. I've been testing my old concentrate and it still works, at least on ants and other bugs, can't seem to find a tick when you need one.

Not sure about Permethrin but I leave my Deet out all winter and that seems to work fine come spring time.

I could not find anything beyond their storage statement of "Keep containers tightly closed in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Keep in properly
labeled containers."

I wouldn't take chances with a product I want to work for bugs. If you can't contact Sawyer and get a decent answer then buy a new bottle. Cheap insurance if you ask me.

Agree. Why risk it.
