You never know, maybe it's a special kevlar-HDPE hybrid layup.

With their "11% off" rebate, I think Menards had new Coleman "Kevlar" canoes on sale for $750 a few months back. With all the money you "save" on buying the aforementioned canoes, you can afford to tear into that bathroom remodeling project when you get back from your trip to Moose Lake.

It seems a bit strange that this "breakthrough canoe" hit the the used market before it was available in stores. If true, it doesn't say much about the canoe that the owner is selling it so quickly. lol

I've seen a lot coleman "kevlar" canoes on CL lately. To a lot of these people if it's not aluminum, it must be kevlar. I don't believe coleman or their successor ever made anything other than the tupper ware boats you commonly see.

From the zoomed out picture it looks like some kind of Old Town in 3 layer poly.

Coleman and Kevlar, two words I never thought I would see together. It's a steal at only $300.

haha, that's what I was thinking. Coleman kevlar?? More like Coleman that weighs twice as much as a kevlar :)
