On Tilley's website, there is a distinction between which products are made in Canada and which are not.

I've seen pictures of several of you wearing a Tilley Airflo LTM6. Does anyone wear a Tilley Airflo LTM8? What is your opinion of the full mesh crown vs the 3/4" mesh at the top of the crown?

I own a LTM6 hat and it’s kind of warm. I would thing the LTM8 would breathe better.

I’m a little thin on top and I think a mesh hat might get my noggin a bit red. Either way Tilley’s are great hats.

I have a green LTM6 (a gift from a dear friend), and a similar hat in tan with full mesh sides that was made by Duluth Trading Co. They're both good hats that have stood the test of time. The full mesh in the lighter color is definitely cooler, and is my preference for hot days.

I have a chrome dome, but I've never had sunburn on my head when wearing either hat (full day in the sun, with no sunscreen on my head).
