BearVault just launched two new sizes, the BV475 and BV425. The BV475 falls between the existing BV500 and BV450. The BV425 is smaller than the BV450.
Unfortunately, their launch does not include larger sizes that could take the place of the 30 and 60L blue barrels commonly used in the BWCA.

I know their target market is backpackers, but I wonder if they even could make one bigger - maybe in the 20-30 liter range. As they increase the height and width, would it lose its structural integrity? Perhaps become more brittle?

Since the USFS rescinded the rule, I returned my Ursack and I’m going in with the old blue 30L barrel on Monday.

A 30L would be fantastic. I suspect you are right about the structural integrity. It would probably need thicker plastic/extra structural elements. I'm no engineer/materials scientist though.
A guy can dream...
