I've used Big Agnes tent almost exclusively for nearly 20 years and would strongly recommend their tents. Not the cheapest option out there, but mine have been really durable and stand up beautifully to bad weather.

Exped MIRA II or III if you can find it. 2nd best tent I've ever owned- the first was was from 1993 a Eureka Denali bought at United Stores in Fridely,MN-- you may be able to find an older model but looks like this years is sold out.

Going to throw out a "cheap" option. I recently purchased a Wireless 4 from Kelty. It follows their model of two door/vestibule options very closely. I've used Kelty for 20+ years now and been consistently happy. I think the price from Amazon was something like $180.00... Kelty Wireless

I have an older model SQ4 with only one door, tons of space and head room, always holds up to wind and rain, great ventilation when needed.

My husband and I are looking to get a new tent. Needs to fit only 2 people, but he is a large man and we have fat (wide) sleeping mats. It doesn't need to be light enough for backpacking, but we don't want crazy heavy either. Gear vestibules a big plus.
We had an REI Taj3 that failed spectacularly on a trip last fall (rain fly failed). We fit into that just fine, though one thing I never liked about it was the tiny vestibules.
Entry from either side or from the end is nice. We don't want to have to crawl over one another to go outside at night.

I've had a Big Agnes Fly Creek 3 for years. It has served me extremely well. It is light, spacious and can weather nearly any storm. I've used in the BW with my wife and while moose hunting in Alaska with a buddy. It is/was a great tent.
It was finally showing signs of wear so we bought a Copper Spur 3. We just used it for the first time in the BW this spring. It is a great tent. It has more space than the fly creek. It has 2 nice vestibules. So far, we really love this tent.

We have both the Marmot Tungsten 3p and the Marmot Fortress 3p. They are essentially the same tent, but the Fortress is full fabric, not mesh. We fit 2 wide exped pads in it, with room for the dog at the bottom. They have held up well, and we only get wet inside when the dog goes for a swim too close to bedtime!

I have a Tungsten 4P. Nothing really stands out as great or bad about it. Solid all around I guess. A lot bulkier than my Sierra Designs Meteor 3P but the Tungsten is a little heavier duty and obviously has considerably more space being a 4P. I'm 6'3" and the Meteor is just barely long enough for me and I would prefer it was a few inches longer but overall it's good combination of price versus size vs bulk when it's on sale, which it is right now.

Both of these are available in 3P and 4P versions. The Marmots are quite a bit bulkier when packed and heavier but also a little roomier and robust.

+1. I really like these tents. They make a ul version as well. You could also look at the MSR Hubba Hubba 3. A very good tent as well but a little pricey.

ALPS Mountaineering Taurus Outfitter Tent. Used a newALPS Mountaineering Taurus Outfitter Tent in Q two weeks ago. It was great. Plenty of room for two and gear with good size vestibule. It was a nice upgrade for me.

Second recommendation for ALPS Mountaineering. We have the Taurus 4 person version that endured wicked storms (high winds/hail/rain) over several nights 2 years ago without any issues. On our most recent trip we had various rain storms, again without any leaks. Now, I did seam seal the rain fly. Roomy interior accommodates 3 people with 25” sleeping pads; sturdy tent poles; 2 door entry and vestibules have plenty of room for packs, etc…

Has it been sold? How old is it/how much use?
I will be in Minneapolis this coming weekend. I still have to talk over options with my husband, though.
Edit: We've decided to go with a 4P tent; might be adding in our dog and so the extra space would be nice.

I agree with Marmot! I can’t recommend them enough. We have owned 3 in the past 19 years with heavy use with kids and dogs along with South Dakota winds. Marmots hold up to the strongest storms without any issues the tungsten 3 and 4 both fit nicely into my gear bag for BW trips each year.
