It's a breeze. One portage on the Range around a rapids (river right I believe), the stream is wide, scarcely moving and holds lots of water. Portage out of Sandpit can be confusing- follow the portage towards Range Lake, about sixty yards from the take out there is a trail(where most of the traffic goes)heads off to the left, take the left to the put in on the Range.
